Sterrett Practice Management LLC offers business consultation services to private medical clinics looking to improve patient satisfaction and profitability.
For patients and patient families, we offer private patient advocacy services.
We start by evaluating your issue with the provider in charge of your care. We interview the patient to gain understanding of the outcome that patient would like to see and then work together with the patients healthcare team to ensure all patient needs are being met.
We also offer bedside patient advocacy services for patients that are currently admitted in the inpatient setting.
Some providers can be difficult to work with. If your provider isn't open to working with us to find a solution for you, the patient, Sterrett Practice Management can teach the patient how to utilize hospital systems to file formal complaints and request advocacy services directly from the hospital in charge of your care.
We know times are hard. We offer our private patient advocacy services on a cash pay, sliding scale. We are willing to work with any patient who needs our help regardless of ability to pay. Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Debit and Credit Care are all accpeted.
If we take on your private patient advocacy case and you don't get the outcome you desire, the patient advocacy rate will be charged at 50% discount for 2 hours time.
For private patient advocacy, we charge on a sliding scale starting at 35.00 an hour. Fees are based on patient income and ability to pay. We will not turn away a patient who needs our help. Patient advocacy services can also be arranged on barter. Email us for more details.
